1. How do I register on

Registration is a simple process that can be completed in 3 simple steps:

  • Click on the Sign In link on the top of the home page
  • Type in your email address
  • Enter password of your choice; confirm the password and you are done!

2. Do I need a account for making a purchase?

  • No, it’s not necessary to create an account before making a purchase on the site but is highly recommended, since it has its own advantages, such as –

  • you can make a purchase by only providing your email id rather than filling necessary details, every time
  • you can track the delivery status of your order(s)
  • you can view the entire history of your past orders
  • you can also plan future orders through useful features like Wishlist and Notify Me
  • you can write reviews for products bought from us
  • you can subscribe to our weekly newsletter to stay in the know on our new products

3. I forgot my login password. What do I do?

  • Go to the Sign In page and click on Forgot my password. You will receive an email on your registered email id with instructions on creating a new password.

4. How do I place an order on

  • Placing an order on is quick and simple. As you browse through, you can add the items you wish to buy in your Shopping Cart by clicking on 'Add to Cart'. Log in with your email address and password, enter your shipping address and make the payment.

5. What are the payment options available on

We offer the following modes of payment.

  • Debit Card on our Site through Simple Pay
  • Internet Banking
  • Bank Deposit

6. How do I know my Payment has been received by

  • Your order will be updated to "Awaiting Shipment" as soon as we received your payment alert and you will get an e-mail notification.

7. What is the average delivery time?

  • We ship out your items from our office 48 hours(2 working days) after payment is done. For Lagos deliveries, Delivery is done same day. However for outside Lagos orders, delivery is done 3-5days after payment confirmation.

8. What are the delivery charges?

  • Delivery fee is N1000 flat for Lagos Orders
  • Free for Orders in lagos above N25,000(excluding outskirt areas)
  • N2000-N5000 for outside Lagos orders, depending on weight and delivery mode

9. I purchased a product from and the product is defective. What should I do?

  • If we have supplied you a defective product or the wrong item, we are willing to accept it back. Just send it back to us (within 3days for Lagos orders) & (within 7days for Outside Lagos Orders) from date of delivery. If we ascertain that your claim is right, we will send you an exchange at our own expense. However In cases where we do not have the item again, we will do a refund.

10. I am skeptical of Online Purchases. Can I visit your Store to buy what I want?

  • You are more than welcome to visit our walk-in store. However its always best to call before coming if you need a specific product in order to confirm that the item is at the store.

 10. What about Refunds? 

  • No we don't do refunds unless in a case where a defective item was supplied and we do not have a replacement. As long as a replacement is available, the customer will be sent a replacement. Exchanges are allowed within a specified time frame.
