Q: How do I place my order?
A: Click on the product you wish to buy. An order form will open in a new window. Fill in the details as required and send. Our sales personnel will get in touch with you in 24 hrs via telephone to confirm your order, after which you pay the purchase amount into our bank account and the product will be shipped to you.

Q: What if I am not pleased with my order, can I return it?
A: Goods bought are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable, However if the product is damaged before getting to you, please contact us within 7 days to arrange an exchange. Kindly return the goods to us unused and in original packaging with all tags intact. Please note that items returned with tags missing will not be eligible for an exchange. No shipping will be charged on replacement of faulty items.
Q: What is a Back Order?
A: If you have made an order and unfortunately the product is out of stock. You will be placed on Back Order if Da Fun-Shop is expecting same product soon. Goods on Back order will be dispatched as soon as they are received by Da Fun-Shop.
Q: I received a Gift Voucher when I purchased from Da Fun-Shop’s website, now what do I do with it?
A: Congrats if you have gotten a Gift Voucher. This means the next time you shop on our website you are entitled to a discount of the amount on your Gift voucher. Pls retain your Gift Voucher and do not throw away.
Also note that Gift Vouchers are not transferable and must be redeemed within 2 months after which they will not be honoured.
Q: How long will it take to deliver the items I ordered?
A: Items ordered for will be delivered between 1-2 days for deliveries within Lagos. Deliveries outside Lagos will take 3-5 business days.
