Q: How do I place my order?

A: If you see a product you would like to purchase, click on "Add to Cart". Once you have added everything you want to buy to the cart, click on "View Cart". Then click on "Proceed to checkout". You can choose to either checkout as a guest, register an account or sign in as a returning customer. Follow the on-screen instructions while you checkout as a guest, register an account or sign in as a returning customer. Review your order before continuing. Then click on "Continue" to complete the ordering process.  A "Thank You" page will display signifying that you have completed the order and providing further details on how to make payment.

Q: What if I am not pleased with my order, can I return it?

A: Goods bought are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable, However if the product is damaged before getting to you or we have mistakenly supplied you with a wrong item, please contact us within 24hrs to arrange an exchange. Kindly return the goods within 7 days to us unused and in original packaging with all tags intact. We will not accept any item back 7 days after delivery. Please note that items returned with tags missing will not be eligible for an exchange. No shipping will be charged on replacement of faulty items.

Q: What is a Back- Order?

A: If you have made an order and unfortunately the product is out of stock. You will be placed on Back Order if Da Fun-Shop is expecting same product soon. Goods on Back order will be dispatched as soon as they are received by Da Fun-Shop.

Q: What is a Pre- Order?

A: If we are expecting a product soon and you are interested in same, you can go ahead to place and order for the item and make payment for it. Goods on Pre- order will be dispatched as soon as they are received by Da Fun-Shop.

Q: I received a Gift Voucher when I purchased from Da Fun-Shop’s website, now what do I do with it?

A: Congrats if you have gotten a Gift Voucher. This means the next time you shop on our website you are entitled to a discount of the amount on your Gift voucher. Pls retain your Gift Voucher and do not throw away.

Also note that Gift Vouchers are not transferable and must be redeemed within 2 months after which they will not be honoured.

Q: How long will it take to deliver the items I ordered?

A: Items ordered for will be delivered between 2-3 working days for deliveries within Lagos. Deliveries outside Lagos will take 3-5 business days.
